Date: 2nd of July 2014
Venue: The Vu, Bathgate
For this Wedding at The Vu, Emma got ready at her house in Falkirk. I Joined her and her bridesmaids in the morning. They were all so excited! I loved the colour of the bridesmaids dresses, it was a pale peachy colour and they all had the dresses where everyone can have different straps, very nice.
Emma looked stunning in the dress she chose for herself and she added her own personal touches. She had a lace top that went over the top of her dress which just completed her look!
The boys looking good in their Kilts at The Vu.
The weather was a bit cloudy but the rain was holding off, which was good. They had a lovely humanist ceremony in the Waterlilly suite. I do love the humanist ceremonies because they are so personal and you get to hear all about the bride and groom.
Afterwards we managed to get everyone outside for a big group shot on the bridge – it started raining at that very moment so we all ran inside. After a few minutes it had stopped again and we went outside to do the group photos.
Emma and Graeme braved the weather to go out onto the Jetty, which is The Vu’s feature.
After that we had the speeches, cake cutting and then I came back at night to photograph the first dance and set up the photo booth. Everyone was loving the photo booth and had a good laugh with it. I hope Emma and Graeme enjoyed their day! Congratulations!
