It was an absolute joy to be working at Orocco Pier in South Queensferry. The town is probably one of the most iconic places in Scotland due to its amazing views of the forth road and rail bridges. I was excited to be working with Laura & Chris again. They were so much fun at their engagement shoot so I knew it would be a great day. I headed up to Laura’s hotel room where she was getting ready with her Mum and Sister.
It was a very relaxed morning with Irene and Katherine helping out with the finishing touches.
The ladies toasted a gin before heading downstairs.
Chris had his brother Bob as his best man.
Laura was walked down the aisle by her Dad, Doug.
They had a beautiful ceremony overlooking the river forth.
After the ceremony we headed down to the pier for group photos. We had such good weather, we were very lucky.
The bridal party.
A stunning backdrop.
We headed to the gardens and used the old buildings in the town to feature in some of the photos.
I loved all the details used on the tables.
The guests rounded up for speeches and dinner.
After dinner as the sun was setting, I took Laura and Chris out for a couple more photos.
I love South Queensferry.
We then came back for first dance and to party the night away.
Just before I left we took a quiet moment on the beach to light some sparklers. It was the perfect way to finish the day. A beautiful Orocco Pier Wedding. Congratulations.
