Date: 2nd of August 2014
Venue: Mount Stuart House, Bute
Chris and Mary came all the way over from Ireland to for their beautiful Mount Stuart House Wedding. Mary got ready at a local hotel and I joined her in the morning to photograph her dress and accessories. It was raining most of the day but Mount Stuart is such a stunning venue inside, I wasn’t too worried.
We travelled to Mount Stuart where they were due to get married in the Marble Chapel, which is attached onto the side of the house. The Chapel is one of the most stunning buildings in the UK as you can see from the middle photos.
After the ceremony we went into the drawing room to do group photos and then I took Mary and Chris around Mount Stuart House to get photos in different rooms.

The couple had a small, intimate dinner with their family followed by speeches.
After dinner, the couple invited local highland dancers to entertain their guests as none of them were Scottish, so Im sure it was a lovely suprise for them. Chris and Mary had their first dance together in the drawing room. I finished my day but they mentioned they were having fireworks at midnight, so I had to come back. I knew that it would make a stunning photo and I wasn’t wrong. Im totally in love with this photo of them cuddled together watching the fireworks! I hope Chris, Mary and their guests had a great time at Mount Stuart House.
