family first

Date: 23rd March 2018

Venue: St Andrews Cathedral, Glasgow // House for an Art Lover

It was a bit of a breezy and chilly day when I turned up in Glasgow City Centre to photograph the wedding of Fiona and Andrew. They chose to get married in the stunning St. Andrews Cathedral on the Clydeside. This building has a beautiful interior and would be perfect for any church wedding.

Andrew and his best men looked handsome in their suits. They turned up early to make sure everything was organised for Fiona’s arrival.

Fiona arrived accompanied by her Dad and bridesmaids. She looked beautiful.

They had a lovely ceremony performed by Mgr. Denis Carlin – a family friend.

We managed to grab a few photos outside the church before heading to House for an Art Lover.

Based on Glasgow designer Charles Rennie MacIntosh, House for an Art Lover has some stunning interior decor.

We headed out to the gardens for a few photos.

Bellahouston Park has a beautiful walkway lined with trees. Perfect for photos.

Beautiful set up by House for an Art Lover and gorgeous cake by Custom Cakes by Lynsey.

We had some great storied shared during the speeches.

I absolutely loved the arcade set up.

We popped outside in the evening for some photos under the fairy lights.

We headed downstairs for the first dance before all the guests joined them on the dancefloor to party the night away. Congratulations to the happy couple, it was a beautiful House for an Art Lover Wedding.
