Venue: Grange Manor, Falkirk

I was so excited to photograph David and Gemma’s Grange Manor Wedding! I photographed them a month before for their engagement shoot and they were both fab! so photogenic and natural in front of the camera. It was a rainy morning but everyone was still in high spirits when I arrived in the morning.

Gemma got ready in a suite at the Grange Manor, giving us plenty of time to photograph the morning preparations. There was lots of happy moments to be photographed as Gemma and her bridesmaids got ready.

They wore long lilac dresses and Gemma wore a stunning lace dress with a beautiful beaded top which sat carefully over the top of her dress. Gemma had styled her wedding with a very shabby/chic taste – which I loved!

I went down stairs to meet David and his two bestmen/brothers – who all seemed very relaxed. It was a beautiful ceremony with a lot of funny moments caught on camera.

The ceremony finished and so did the rain so we headed outside for group photos and some lovely photos of the couple on their own.

David & Gemma met in Shetland so one of their gifts was a Shetland goodie box.

The speeches were very animated and funny.

After dinner I asked Gemma and David if they fancied heading to the Kelpies, Falkirks famous horse statues for photos. I think they look so pretty at night and its a lovely photo opportunity which is often overlooked. We got a fantastic shot (above) and the Kelpies turned purple to match the colours of their wedding! Special mention to the bridesmaids for getting these giant D&G letters as a suprise! They were perfect for photos 🙂 – Congratulations to the happy couple this was a stunning Grange Manor Wedding.
