It has been one of my life dreams to shoot in this amazing place we have in Scotland, Glencoe. To say I was excited was an understatement when Dominique & Gavin suggested we come here for some photos. They already got married a month earlier but wanted to get out and about in their wedding gear for some photos in one of their favourite settings.
We started at the 3 sisters viewpoint. It was crazy windy but they braved it out in the cold.
Dominique’s dress was stunning and really suited her. She was very happy to be wearing it a 3rd time.
As we changed location the wind eventually calmed and we were left with some amazing moody skies to help set the scene.
We had our shoot later in the afternoon so we could get some great evening light and avoid too many tourists. It was so peaceful.
One of the most famous scenes you can see as you pass through Glencoe is Lagangarbh Cottage.
I loved Gavin’s hand tattoos and made sure they were used in some of the photos.
As we got to the end of our shoot the rain was chasing us so we had to keep driving down the glen to avoid it.
I can’t thank them enough for letting me photograph them in this stunning location!! I wish them all the best for the future. It was a great Glencoe Wedding Shoot.
