Date: 7th of May 2016
Venue: Cottiers, Glasgow
It was a dry and breezy day as I headed through to Glasgow for Kirsten and Jamie’s special day. It was my first time shooting Cottiers – Ive heard loads about it so I was really excited. It is an amazing abandoned church used for concerts, shows and now weddings.
Before I arrived there though, I headed to a nearby hotel to meet an excited Kirsten and her bridesmaids as she was getting ready.
Bridesmaids Erin, Emma and Katie were on hand to help her into her beautiful dress.
Kirsten just having a moment to reflect. She is a stunning bride.

The Groom Jamie was quite calm and ready to go.
I always love the grooms expression as the bride comes down the aisle.
A quiet moment in the church.
As we headed out for group photos, the wind really picked up and we were all so cold. Kudos to the bridal party for keeping spirits up outside.
We were then piped a short walk to Gardener St. pretty famous in Glasgow for its views.
A wind swept moment.
Inside guests were socialising and having a great time.
The beautiful cake made by Alison Powell.
We had a very heart warming speech from Father of the Bride, John.
Finally the Groom finished the day by thanking everyone and showing how much he loves and appreciates Kirsten. I wish them all the best for the future.
