It was my first time in Aberfoyle and I have to say it is a stunning part of Scotland to be in. Altskeith House is a gorgeous little venue situated on the Loch with beautiful views and gardens. You couldn’t of asked for much more on your wedding day. I joined Caroline as she was getting ready with the ladies upstairs.
The colours of her flowers really brightened up the day.
Caroline had her sister, Angelina and daughter, Sarah as bridesmaids. They did a great job at keeping her calm and helping her get ready.
Kenny was a cool and calm groom – who was just excited to get on with the day. Backing him up was best man, Gary and ring bearer, Benjamin.
As the music began emotions got the better of everyone…a beautiful moment.
The ceremony took place in the hotel as we had heavy rain all day. Nevertheless the ceremony itself was beautiful.
Guests enjoyed the drinks reception and some even took a nap 😉
The bridal party.
Kenny and Caroline braved it out in the rain to go and take photos by the loch and the boathouse. I cant thank them enough for coming outside.
The ushers were on hand to help out.
A happy family.
Speeches were so funny. All the guests laughed like crazy and Gary the best man had a hard time getting through his speech with all the distractions.
Guests partied the night away with entertainment provided by the fabulous The Royales.
Thank you to both Kenny & Caroline for having me photograph their special day. I had a great time hanging out with their family and friends. I wish them both the very best! It was a beautiful Altkeith Country House Wedding.
