Venue: Cornhill Castle, Biggar
Cornhill Castle was a new wedding venue for me. The drive down was stunning and to be at a castle in the middle of the countryside, well, you can’t get much better than that. I arrived to meet Groom, Robert and Best Man, Andreas and quickly pulled them out in the beautiful gardens for some snaps.
I then joined Lynsay up in the room where she was getting ready with Bridesmaid, Sophie and her two beautiful daughters/flowergirls Rebecca and Emma.
Final touch ups on make being done.
Lynsay looked stunning in her dress. She was walked down to the ceremony by her Dad, Ian.
Both Bride and Groom looked nervous but it seemed to all dissolve away when they saw each other. They had a beautiful ceremony in the Marquee.
The bridal party.
We took a walk around the stunning grounds at Cornhill Castle. We had so many places for photos.
I absolutely loved this little bit of woodland.
Beautiful decor set out by the staff at Cornhill Castle.
Kids and Guests were all relaxing and having a good time.
Lynsay and Robert were piped in for dinner.
Speeches were all very funny and I had a great time watching the slideshow set out. There were a few embarrassing photos for the Bride and Groom to enjoy.
After dinner we took another walk outside to get some good sunset shots.
The kids loved the playpark.
Later into the evening we carried on with cake cutting and first dance.
All the guests then filled the dance floor to help the happy couple celebrate the rest of the night.
Thanks to the Lynsay and Robert for having me as their photographer. It was an amazing Cornhill Castle Wedding.
